How do I return my product?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received your package, in unused condition.

The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging with all its accessories and all packaged components.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You, the customer, are always responsible for returning the product to us.

Send us a photo of the products you have received with the return request via our Help Center and we will guide you through the steps.
Please return the item to the address provided and send the tracking number after you ship the item.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

My order status says "Not fulfilled". What does this mean?

"Not fulfilled" just means that we have received your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled".

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter has marked your order as fraudulent. If you're sure it's not true, order again using a Paypal account. If you don't have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

How do I use my discount code?

To redeem a discount code, simply enter the code you received in the box titled "Discount Code" during the check-out process. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
