BilligaBoden offers Free Trackable Shipping on all our products.

We have partnerships with DHL Express and many more shipping companies to make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible.

You will always receive an automatic order confirmation once the order has been placed, as well as an email with delivery information once the package has been shipped. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or folders other than your primary inbox.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the route of your order using our tracking pages.

Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or door, if for some reason it is not possible to deliver your package, the package will be left at your nearest postal agent and you will be notified by email or text message.

We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality check and package your goods before shipping.

After the quality check and packaging, your package will be sent by trackable delivery with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 working days.

Products that include a separate battery/powerbank require a more secure shipping method, which may result in a longer delivery time of up to 10-20 days.

In order to offer competitive prices and a wide range of products, some of our items are dispatched directly from our central warehouses, including those located outside the EU.

We always ensure that your order is delivered safely and within the promised time frame, regardless of where the goods are dispatched from. All deliveries are made in accordance with applicable EU consumer law, which means that you, as a customer, have full rights to make a complaint, return goods and receive a refund in accordance with the law.

Please allow up to 20 working days before contacting customer service regarding a missing order.

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
Orders will be processed in accordance with the terms of sale.

We cannot change the shipping address for orders already shipped.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a product/shipment is damaged in transit, this must be reported to the freight company as soon as possible, normally via the delivery point/distributor. In the case of externally visible damage, this must be reported upon receipt, hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Failure to report transport damage within this time forfeits the right to complain about the product, as it cannot be proven afterwards how the damage occurred.

Priority Shipping + Shipping Insurance
When selecting Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance, your order is processed with priority and dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The service also includes comprehensive shipping insurance, providing you as a customer with additional protection in the event of damage, loss, or significant delay during delivery.

If your parcel is damaged, lost, or unreasonably delayed in transit, a replacement package will be sent to you at no extra cost as soon as this has been confirmed by our customer service team in cooperation with the courier.

Please note that Priority Shipping with Shipping Insurance does not guarantee an exact delivery date, but is a service for faster warehouse handling and more secure delivery.


Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the delivery free of charge. If you cancel an order that has already been shipped, a fee for return shipping and administration will apply. This fee is currently 19 GBP.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with the process.
