How to Use Your Grounding Sheet: A Guide
Step 1: Check your outlets for grounding
Connect the sheet to the “grounded outlet” of a properly earthed 3-prong socket. Before connecting your grounding product, ensure the outlet is grounded using a socket tester.
Step 2: Install the fitted sheet
Place the grounding sheet over your mattress.
Insert one end of the grounding cable into the ground slot (third prong) of a correctly grounded wall outlet or connect it to a grounding rod installed in the earth outside. When lying on the connected sheet, contact with bare skin transfers the Earth’s energy to your body.
Step 3: How to wash and care for your grounding sheet
Hand wash the sheet in cool, clean water.

Wash at least twice a month or weekly.
Machine wash or preferably hand wash.
Use warm water, around 40°C (105°F).
Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
Don’ts
Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
Avoid bleach, oxygen-based cleaners, or oils like lavender or coconut.
Do not use dryer sheets.
Avoid applying lotions or body oils before use.
