Using grounding sheets: A guide
Step 1: Check your outlets for grounding
Connect the sheet to the "earthing socket" of a grounded 3-pin socket. Before plugging in your grounding product, make sure the outlet is grounded by using an outlet tester.
Step 2: Install the fitted sheet
Place the grounding sheet over your mattress.
Insert one end of the earthing cable into the earthing socket (third hole) of a properly earthed wall socket or connect it to the cable of an earthing rod placed in the ground outside. When lying on the connected sheet, contact with bare skin will transfer the earth's energy to your body.
Step 3: How to wash and care for your grounding sheet
Hand wash the sheet in cool, clean water.

Wash at least twice a month or weekly.
Wash in a washing machine or preferably by hand.
Use warm water, about 40 degrees Celsius (105 degrees Fahrenheit).
Dry in a dryer on low heat or hang dry.
Don't's
Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Avoid using bleach, oxi agents or agents with oils such as lavender or coconut oil.
Do not use dryer sheets.
Avoid applying lotions or body oils before going to bed.
