- Press and hold M/+ for three seconds to turn on the device, turn it off and press OFF /- to reset to the zero position, then press and hold M to turn off.
- The device has six different massage programs to switch between, which are kneading, patting, acupuncture, massage, acupressure and pulse.
- Strength adjustment. Press ON/+ to increase intensity; press OFF /- to decrease intensity.
- It is recommended to use it for 30 minutes each time, 1 to 2 times a day.
